Special training contracts or CSF are tools to improve skills of human resources within the firm; concluded between the OFPPT and the interested company, the CSF express the will of the firm to polish the knowledge of its staff and enhance its use of these human resources via an annual plan of training.
Training plans are the product of a training engineering drawn up internally or with the funding of the GIAC.
